Fifteen years ago, I got my first decanter from Wineware. Ever since, I've found that everything they offer is dependable, high-quality, and fairly priced.

Here's an email I finally shot off to Wineware after waiting over a month for a product that was listed as in stock and supposed to arrive in just a few days. The customer service was lacking, and I only got back the amount I originally paid. I thought maybe I'd get a credit note for a future buy, but nope. I won't be checking out this company's site again.

"I’m really let down that you haven’t managed to send out the goods I ordered over a month ago. I get that mix-ups can happen, and Mark told me the decanter would be shipped this week, which seems to be a mistake from the manufacturer that you’ve echoed in good faith. But I specifically chose a product that wasn’t labeled as 'out of stock' on your site. Now being told that there’s no stock and it won’t be available for another seven or eight months is super frustrating and has caused me a hassle that could’ve easily been avoided. It’s also concerning that I had to reach out to you about the order instead of you being proactive and keeping me in the loop. If I hadn’t made that phone call, when would you have decided to inform me of what’s going on?
At your earliest convenience, please cancel the order and refund the amount you charged to my credit card last year, plus an extra amount you think is fair for the trouble caused. Thanks."

APC Courier Service is a nightmare. They didn’t show up for two consecutive days while I waited around for them at the scheduled time on both occasions - what a total waste of my time. The 'tracking' feature is usually broken, and I received zero updates. Finally, the package arrived on the third day. It was all just a big hassle for a pair of glasses. Wineware should really consider letting APC go.
